thks girls for you support. right now I am starting 300cals a day with lots of exercise tomorow June 19th. its because today I was already at a bad begining I had already eatened cereal with my milk. right there thats almost my day lol. But today I was pretty good! I had about maybe 500cals. So not so bad. WEll Im glad to see some team players. who want to join in my 300cals a day with lots of exercise.
